Physical activity is very important; I want to be healthier, so I decide to do physical activities during the holiday. I like playing badminton, I let my grandfather play badminton with me, he often exercises, he is a very healthy elder, and my grandfather is used to running every morning, so I run with my grandfather though I don’t like running at the start.
During the holiday, every morning, I woke up at 7 o’clock, and then my grandfather and I began to go running. In the morning, the weather was a little cold, I was afraid of going out, but my grandfather said:” If you are afraid of such a minor problem, you will not be healthy forever!” Then my grandfather opened the gate and began to run, I looked at Grandfather's back and thought, after a while, I ran out and followed my grandfather. We were running along the street, there were few people on the street. I wanted a fit body, so when I was tired, I encouraged myself not to give up. When we ran for some time, I felt very hot, so I thought running was a good exercise. When we came back, I drank much water, I felt energetic though I was tired during the running. I made up my mind to run with my grandfather every morning. Little by little, I was no longer running so tired.
Every night, my grandfather and I went to indoor badminton court, we played badminton to exercise. I liked playing badminton and I thought I played it very well, so I was excited. My grandfather seldom played badminton, so he always lost to me, then, he told me to play badminton with others in the indoor badminton court, he wanted to have a break. I looked around the indoor badminton court, I found a girl, her age and my age is almost, she was sitting on the chair, I walked to her and said:”Excuse me, can you play badminton with me?” The girl looked at me and smiled, and then she picked up the badminton racket, she said:” Of course” So we began to play badminton, she was good at it, she played more wonderfully than me, upon that, I asked her some skills, she was a kind girl, she answered all my questions, so every time, when I play badminton in the indoor badminton court, if I saw her, I always played with her, she helped me to play badminton well. We made friends. When I were playing badminton, I must run around, jump and pay attention to the badminton, it would help me to exercise though it would waste my energy, too! However, after playing badminton, you would be more energetic.
My fitness goal is to make my body fitter, don’t fall sick. Running and playing badminton can give much energy, the two activities can help me achieve the goal, and I think I will keep on exercising though I had finished the 10 hours’ physical activity. As an athlete, during running and playing badminton, I learn that if we don’t pay, there would be no return. Exercising is tired, but after exercising you will be healthier, you will not be afraid of illness.
